Very well put. I've considered the same about having a high price tag. A lot of would-be trolls just won't spend $50+ to mess with people. It's easier on games like Garry's Mod because they've already got it, but there's literally no reason to have Identity other than to roleplay, so that should be good.

Will any sort of Sports be introduced to the game at any point in the future? As a very big fan of basketball, I'd very much like to see a mini-game of basketball introduced to the game. I'd love to see the possibility to develop Basketball or other Sports as a career for your character, to be able to make a Sports club of your own and such. I saw that players can watch other players through TV, so Sports could be a great source of entertainment and social interaction between players. The abillity to watch a Basketball game at home or go to the Stadium and watch it together with friends. Since the game takes place in the United States, basketball would make a lot of sense and be popular. Posted below: A mini-game of basketball pick-up game could be made into the game. You know, gonig to the local court with some friends and playing against each other. It's a great thing for social interaction between players and entertainment. That's something I'd very much like to see in the game.

I haven't been disturbed in RP by any hackers atall, and I consider myself lucky, as quite alot of people I know have encountered them, and I can understand why it would be so immersion spoiling to encounter them. The devs do promise to include a good anti cheat system, which I hope will be thorough and strict. Bad Roleplayers are, in my opinion, the biggest threat to Identity. The game relies on the community to make it what it is, and without a good community, the game is literally useless. I have to agree with Johnny here: Also, keeping the game at a high price may filter out the unwanted guests. After all, trolls will not go as far as paying £30 to annoy people. As for twelvies, I am unsure. I have met alot of people of the age of twelve or just above or just below that are nice people, but even though they are nice people, they are immature, and will not grasp or engage in the concept of the game properly. It's quite a difficult situation go deal with, because we don't want to be massively segregative, but we also don't want to ruin the RP experience, so, like Johnny said, a whitelist with a thorough test is in order. Maybe not for the official servers, but definately for the community hardcore RP servers.

The best way to do it would be a whitelist system for the official servers so that only 15+, mature, serious roleplayers can get on. But that's unlikely.

Perhaps it'll be implemented as an animation (talking about hugging), but other things...just no....

Im sure most jobs will be advanced and for this instance, farming may or may not include various fertilizers. Unfortunately we dont know much about how different jobs will work but i am sure they will implement some detail into each job to make it more immersive.

Agree with James here. We know that you want to get your question answered but the forums get over flooded by the same question over and over again. Like James said, the search function is there for a reason, use it

"a system where players can vote to kick the player" Bad idea because trolls will have this system too.

anti squeaker engine: car + 80 km/h + driver + the squeaker that gets crashed = squeaker will ragequit because he couldn't steal your car

My concerns, as I think will be shared by many, is the substance to the game. I have faith that the game will come out, and it will live up to it's promised standards in terms of development, but I am concerned that the Identity community in game will not RP as well as I want them to. It annoyes me that on the homepage of the website, the first two things you see are a short clip of someone shooting a rifle, and a gang member with an AK. I'm hoping to log onto Identity, when it comes out, and seeing everyone RP as they should, giving the game real substance and texture, but I don't believe there are that many people who want this game to really RP, and not just engage in firefights like on Altis life. I think Identity as a concept is perfect, but the main issue is that, as put as an analogy, the game is only the engine, the community is the rest of the car. If the rest of the car falls to peices and doesn't work as it should, then what use is the engine. In better terms, Identity will rely entirely on the community to make the game work right, and the community is the most unreliable part of any game.

This makes no sense to me. You CANT buy the game because your mum doesn't like the community? Do you not have a bank account? Can you not buy it yourself? If not you might be a tad too young for video games involved violence and drug references

i think they should get a trello board. I use it as a checklist for my video game creation and will be really good to show what pieces of the game they are working on and they can tick them off when they are done so we know what they are doing and what has been completed
