We've had a lot of questions about sex in Identity, and we don't really have many reservations against it, other than the possibility that Identity could be banned from sites like Twitch, Youtube, and potentially from Steam. Sex in Identity could add an intimate element to the game, but it just isn't worth the risk of losing exposure over this single feature.

Tbh hope backpacks will be only cosmetic or for only tiny inventory extra space, it would be shit, and immersion breaking seeing EVERYONE with backpacks, including cops and stuff, just so they can store more shit, happens in arma mods already and it ruins it.

The way we plan to handle something like this, is to offer a park ranger spawn location for police officers in Identity, somewhere remote, and out in the woods. When they spawn, they will by default, be wearing park ranger clothing, and have access to park ranger vehicles. If they really wanted too, they could take this gear and drive all the way to the city and do their normal patrol in park ranger assets, but the important thing to note is that the two roles are merged into the law enforcement career for easier access.

So i was sat here thinking of jobs that id like my character to do if i get bored of my current job and park ranger came to mind. We know that there will be hunting and forested areas so id like to know if the devs have any plans of including park rangers in the game. I can think of a few jobs that will be involved with this career but the main one being cutting down on illegal hunting. Im guessing, just like real life, you will need a licence to hunt. This may cause some people to not bother with getting their licence and hunting illegally which will mean that there will have to be someone to stop them. Now i know that there are coppers to stop crime but i think it will be more immersive to include rangers only in the forested areas. Not sheriffs, not cops but rangers and again only in forested areas or maybe include national parks or certain areas where hunting is illegal overall. Ive been blabbering on but id like to see this in game as i would like to see my character as a park ranger after his time as a street racer. P.S something i forgot to mention is that the rangers can also work alongside the fire and rescue teams that work in the forested areas to put out forest fires.

It depends if you want a real life game or not, let's not make a game like GTA when you take a bazooka out of your pocket, it's ridiculous, maybe we can take an example on games like DayZ, each clothes you have - gives you an exact number of space to put your items. So having a backpack isn't always cool and "swag", but it's useful.

Or maybe you can do sex the same way that other games do, like GTA 5 or even sims, no nudity, just the action (hidden), not some really "woah" thing but still and it's allowed on Youtube.

Our concern with backpacks relates back to our Altis Life mod in ArmA 3, where a backpack is an essential piece of equipment necessary for being able to hold anything in the characters inventory. We hate that you have to have a backpack in that game to be able to carry anything, and we hate that every person you encounter is wearing a bulky, ugly backpack. For us, it's immersion breaking. In Identity, we don't want players to have to wear something that affects the appearance of their character at all times. We want you to be in control of the appearance of YOUR character, and to look exactly how you want people to perceive you. You may still see backpacks being worn in Identity to indicate to other players that you are carrying illegal items. We haven't quite settled on this yet.

Well you see each server would have there own position's, so simply just asking for police commissioner wouldn't cut it. i would guess that the rule first come first served would take in effect at that time.

@ZombieShock, I agree totally with your idea of an ambulance. I think it should be more rewarding for EMTs to revive someone. Like they need to be briefly taught at a university or something like that.
