I personally do not think this map is at all large, not even cities, they are towns! I zoomed into the picture and both towns right and left of the map consist of a few streets.... What cities have like 3 or 5 streets and that's it? I am not picking holes but I for sure hope they do increase it because this does look small too me and it does not contain a city, they are towns to me. Great for the green with hunting and stuff, so I hope the forests are densely packed in and I hope they add some more land or islands because, the game is offering so much and with such a small land, it needs to be bigger with what's going on I think.

Personally their constant communication on Twitter is enough to convince me they'll achieve the game they want. I haven't come across too many developers in similar positions with same approach; it shows passion for the game and respect towards those who are supporting it's development. It's a slow progress, I expect plenty to kick up a storm over it's pace, but they've got a grand vision, the game sounds like it will be absolutely amazing. Remaining patient is all we can do despite how hyped we may be for it. Looking forward to every step of the development progress.

I sure hope so! I definitely know the most about it! Well, apart from devs and employees and mods because they have special dev sources... But I'm the one with a giant bookmark with 14 files with all the important tweets! >u<

I believe Steam Greenlight would help boost awareness about the game, and bring sales. Once there is an alpha, put it up on early access where big Youtubers, Streamers, and reviewers play it and give it fame. That will boost tons of funds to be able to not only finish the game (providing salary to hard paying developers), but also to maintain the servers. Almost $200k is a LOT of money, but considering this game is trying to be a better GTA V (which spent upwards of $200 million), putting it on Steam Early Access and making that money will not be such a bad idea. This game is a great idea, it just need to be more known. Even though Steam will rip an easy 40% on sales revenue, it will still get the game in people's faces. Does anyone have any other ideas on how we can show the world Identity? I also believe that the PC version should be top priority. I do not know how hard it is to port console versions of a game, but if it takes lots of time and money, I would say just drop it until more hype is gained from a PC release.

You can go on twitter and ask yourself The map is fairly big with a lot of things to do, and it's only going to grow. They're already thinking about future DLCs that will either add to the current map or be completely new, separate islands.

it's already too late to pull this game off. they are independent, they have skill and they've made with almost 200k dollars in 1 year? 2 years? what many development teams did in 6 years with millions of dollars and more developers then they need. it's like you compare windows 10 with windows xp! windows xp is better while eating less RAM (i always have to restart the windows 10 explorer via task manager)

On official servers, yes, otherwise griefing would be out of control. This may not be the case for community servers though. That said we still need courts. They know a crime happened but not the reason out story behind it. Some of the most hilarious moments I've had in Altis Life were on a jury listening to crazy stories.

Passsive mode is good for gta, because killing is 50% of all you can do. Identity is an RP sim. Passive would ruin the game and this wont be in the game, but there will be safe zones. Town Square is a safe zone where you cant kill.

In identity there will be an insurance thing. So not rip new car, as long as you bought insurance (possibly you have to to own a car) then you just call, and get it replaced. This would be one of the best features.

Here is a question, say a cop tries to lawfully stop your job, or say, arrest your "protectee" for perfectly good reasons. What do you do to cops. Are you lawful.

I don't know about the suitcase thing, but you could walk in with a gun in something, then just drop the gun on the ground in the bathroom or in a plant or something. Although, there will be many buildings where you cant bring a gun inside, like little safe zones, although, this would work on a bank. Unless it has detectors so when you walk in with a gun a robbery auto starts. But it would be cool to sneak in, drop a gun in a plant, and you friend walks in, takes it, and robs the place.

These guys working on this game have the most highest of respect in the community, and have a big credibility. These are the guys who made Arma 3 life, in my opinion, one of the best RP sim games open world out there. They have skills to make the game, they have the money to make it thanks to all of us, and they have the ease of the Unreal engine. With out a doubt, this game will happen, and they will make sure this game is glistened, polished, and shoe shined before they release it.

Most likely the average Joe who spirals into a life of crime. Then redeems himself by becoming a detective. One of teh best detectives in all of Identity!! OR Maybe a nobody who starts out in the town same as everyone, but goes to become one of the most prestigious designers (Either clothing, or interior design) People will hire him from all over to work on their homes or to buy his latest fashion! ;D
